  • How long will it take to get a reply after we send you an inquiry?

    Our products are mainly architectural hardware products. Door locks are mainly used in various steel doors, wooden doors, aluminum alloys, courtyard doors, bedroom doors, hotels, schools, office buildings, public places, and other industries.

  • Can you do customized products?

    Yes, we can develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • Are you producing standard parts?

    Yes, we produce all standard sizes in European standards, except for custom-made products.

    We have 5 lock cylinder production lines, which can produce 10000 lock cylinders per day.

  • How does your company guarantee product quality?

    First of all, each of our processes will have corresponding inspections and follow-up records. The product's turnover process is accompanied by a process card, and each process is equipped with a special inspection tool to check and confirm the product. We will do a 100% full inspection of the finished product;
    We have professional testing equipment for locks: 4 sets of lock core life testing machines, lock body life testing machines, microscopes, image measuring instruments, tensile testing machines, torque force test arms, hardness testing instruments, coating hundred grid test, salt spray testing machine wait. The above-mentioned equipment can ensure to meet of the customer's all-around testing requirements for product performance.

  • What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance after seeing the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.

  • How to ship the goods to customers?

    Usually, we ship by sea and send the locked items to the designated port according to the requirements of the freight forwarder. As we are only about 100 km away from the port of Suzhou-Shanghai, exporting by sea is very convenient. Of course, if the customer's goods are urgent, we can also ship by air to the Shanghai International Airport which is very close to us.

  • Where are your goods mainly exported to?

    Our products are mainly exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East, etc.
